Dublin GPO
A Photo of the General Post Office (GPO) in Dublin, as it should be.
The Irish rag has been replaced by the Union Flag on the main flag pole, the flag of the "paddy" postal service has been replaced by the flag of the British Army to celebrate the crushing defeat it inflicted on the scum who occupied this and other buildings in Dublin in 1916, and also to commemorate the soldiers who fell while forcing the murdering thugs back into the sewers from which they had slithered.
The Royal coat of arms has also been put back over the main entrance to the building, where it was until republican garbage removed it after they forced the British Isles to be partitioned.

In reality he cut the fence on his own decision, only in the fictionalized version was it because of someone impersonating a major. That was an incredibly bad choice.

The brilliance of this scene is that there is there’s always that one guy in your company who can accurately imitate and mimic ANYONE. The writers of this show truly “get it” when portraying the daily minutiae of military life….

A good film, elevated to a great film by Ennio Morricone's soundtrack.

it's an enigmatic image, men being slaughtered, accompanied by Morricones haunting music about a little known conflict set in the early 20th century and filmed at the end of the 60s,
this whole scene was so fucking intense brilliant lead up too with sean sleeping and juan hella trippin XD
As a kid I rode my bike 10 miles to the theater to see this movie. I loved it and stayed in the theater at the end so I could watch it again back to back.

You're forgetting the point of a surprise attack... What was the vehicle gonna shoot at? The hills? Because they weren't even aware of where the firing positions were to begin with.
